Krsto and his grand-grandmother, Ana. She has many domestic animals, including goats. On the picture is one of them, Bela. And this is NOT a traditional outfit of Croatian farmers, but the way older people dress. |

A cold
but sunny winter day on a lake near our home. We actually went to see what ducks were
doing. And? They were swimming and eating! |

At the beginning of
the year, Krsto got an allergy; we guessed it was due to a chocolate (especially Milky
Way, Nutella or similar products). White patches on his cheeks and hands is
itching-preventing powder. And, of course - the dog - it is Pinkie, the one he got from Wanda, TX (many thanks!).. |
|
The day I spent in
Zagreb was quite busy and there was no time to do shopping. The whole day long he
practiced a simple question: "What did you bring?" Naturally, when I got home he
asked for a present. What a shame! All I had was a half-empty bottle of a Coca-Cola. You
wouldn't believe, but he was more than happy when he was allowed to drink it directly from
the bottle. The day after he really got a gift, another Lego. |

A lovely springtime day; actually,
this year we saw just a little bit of a Spring - it seemed we just skipped it and jumped
directly from Winter to Summer. The end of May and first days of June were extremely hot, while July brought cold and rainy weather. |
|
This picture was taken at the
nearby lake resort. It attracts up to 10.000 souls during the Summer weekends (if the
statistics don't lie, that is). It was obviously someone's mistake as we found the boat unattended and, of course, used it for the noble purposes. |

When Winter comes, squirrels accumulate food in order to enjoy in their warm, nests. We accumulated some money during the Winter and were able to do the installations in the house.. |
|
Summer was much too hot, especially August - temperatures raised up to 40 degrees Celsius. While at home, Krsto enjoyed building sand castles. |

Well, now there are four of us! We were wondering how will Krsto accept an intruder in the family, but it seems he likes her a lot! |
|
After seeing female part of the
family in the hospital, us boys went to visit Sonja and Gordan who celebrate birthdays
these days. It was an excellent chance for us to travel by train, for the first time in Krsto's life. He liked it, I guess ... but he was overexcited when a waiter in a restaurant gave him a balloon (?!?). Heck the train, all the food and things, hahahaha! |

Watch them enjoying Autumn evening after taking a bath. Morana inherited Krsto's bathing equipment and, of course, doesn't understand much of the whole thing. On the other hand, Krsto is already a young man who exactly knows what he wants. Tonight, it was his yellow cloak. |
|
It was a beautiful October day when we decided to visit Zagreb. First we went to the Zoo - a good idea as children fell asleep as soon as we left it; then, we drove further to Zagreb Fair in order to select furniture for our new home (ha-ha-ha!). |

It was Krsto who wanted to have another picture with Bridget. Well, why not? She wasn't that enthusiastic, but hey, he is important, right? |
|
Krsto was raising his head at the age of 1.5 months, while Morana didn't even think about it until she was 3 months old; too lazy to do so, obviously, as she doesn't have any problems with such things afterwards. | ||||||||||||||
Unfortunately, Krsto was sleeping when I returned home from work so you can't see him too. Too bad ... |
|
Our home at the end of building
season #2 ... now it has windows, all installations (water, gas, electricity), insulation
on inner side of the walls and floor. Next step will be heating. |
